Thiru is an accomplished executive with a track record of founding a global organization and growing that to a premier software consulting organization. Prior to founding MST Solutions, Thiru played the role of Chief Architect at Apollo Group and designed and implemented large scale transformation programs.
Thiru’s goal is to become a trusted partner for the clients by providing unmatched quality and service in building and deploying customer centric solutions and products to our customers. Thiru is a lifelong learner and is passionate about building an organization that leaves a legacy through the pursuit of its purpose, values, vision and mission.
As a leader of MST Solutions, Thiru has led his organization to be recognized as one of the best places to work by Phoenix Business Journal and AZ Central. Because of his contributions to the three important stakeholders (Customers, Colleagues and Community) of his organization, Thiru was recently recognized by Phoenix Business Journal as one of the Most Admired Leaders in the valley. Thiru has authored 9 books on .NET and Service Oriented Architecture related technologies and was frequent speaker in industry events such as Gartner AADI, SAP TechEd, Open Group, Data Management, and Semantic Technology conferences.
Thiru holds a Bachelor of Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and recently earned an Executive Education Program Certificate from Stanford School of Business.

Srikanth leads Client Engagement and Product Development functions at MST Solutions. He brings 15 years of experience developing and delivering enterprise software. He is a Senior IT leader with proven background in Business and Technology Strategy, Technology Transformation, Innovation and Execution. He is passionate about using technology to improve Business Outcomes and solve real business problems to accelerate growth.
He has extensive background in Enterprise Architecture, SaaS, CRM, Business Process Optimization, Cloud Computing, Hybrid Clouds, Enterprise Integration, Agile Application Development, Service Oriented Architecture and highly scalable Application design. He was able to build strong architecture and development teams from ground up by institutionalizing architecture and development frameworks. Srikanth and his teams were able to build various innovative solutions to improve Operational Efficiency and Customer Experience in addition to being a catalyst for generating new Revenue Streams.

Ken Costello is an operations executive who works with mid to large enterprise accounts to help clients deliver large scale sales and marketing automation platforms. Ken focuses on driving growth by investing in client engagement transformation and evolving MST Solutions customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Ken’s experience working in large corporations as an operations executive helps him assist organizations exceed operational goals, streamlining efficiency and driving improvements to the bottom line. Before joining MST Solutions (MST), Ken was executive vice president of operations at Apollo Education Group and was responsible for company-wide process improvement and enterprise program management. In that role, Ken developed and executed the organizations competitive strategy, sales channel management, marketing analytics, inbound and outbound sales efforts, marketing communications, and product marketing.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Ken originally came to the United States in 2000 in pursuit of employment and educational opportunities. Ken has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science, Information Management from Arizona State University. Ken is involved throughout the greater Phoenix community through charitable works and sits on board of directors for the Children First Leadership Academy.

As a Senior Director of Technology, Ramesh Ramamurthy plays a key role in design and execution of CRM and .NET projects. Ramesh has 17 years of professional IT experience with Masters degree in Computer applications. Ramesh has strong background in architecture, design, enterprise infrastructure, disaster recovery and development methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM. Ramesh has in-depth business process expertise in the healthcare vertical and has designed targeted solutions in the health care space.
As a Salesforce architect, Ramesh published the reference architecture, standards and best practices and process guidelines for Salesforce development, configuration and deployment in his previous organization. Ramesh also mentored and led a team of architects and developers to implement highly scalable, high performing multi-tier enterprise customer care solution in .NET using WCF Web Services, Entity Framework (EF), Caching, and MSMQ.
Ramesh is well versed in learning and adopting new tools and technologies and has excellent hands-on development skills on Salesforce, .Net and SQL technologies. Prior to joining MST, Ramesh worked in Pacific Pulmonary Services for 10 years and Kumaran Systems for 7 years.

Brandt Bogdanovich is Vice President of Marketing at MST Solutions where he oversees the company’s marketing and sales team and orchestrates high-performance marketing strategies. Brandt started his career as a special education teacher where he found a passion for data analytics. Data has been the driving force in Brandt’s career taking him from teaching, to business intelligence, and now into marketing where his diverse professional background is a tremendous asset.
Prior to joining the MST family, Brandt worked for a full-service marketing agency where he was responsible for marketing technology solutions including marketing automation strategy, client analytics, brand positioning, and growth marketing.
Brandt holds a BS Cross-categorical Special Education from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business. Administration from Western International University

He is currently the Vice President for Health & Life Science Practice in Mastek - Salesforce Business Unit. In his current role, Venkat is responsible for the growth of healthcare practice.

Suresh is a seasoned Technology leader in managing and leading multiple technical teams to solve and deliver complex business problems. Suresh has a proven track record of successful strategic leadership in nurturing relationships with C-Level executives and building revenue portfolio through the business startup phase. Suresh provides best practice consultation to help clients maximize the productivity of the deliverables. Suresh has a hands-on technical background with Salesforce, Java/J2EE, Microsoft. Net, and AWS Cloud technologies. He is passionate about organizational culture and empowers his teams to innovate and grow.
Suresh leads the Engineering team to build MST’s future talent by aiding Salesforce Training Program to mentor the software engineers from the ground zero stage to a Senior engineer. The program predominantly focuses on fostering the engineering team to achieve in-depth Salesforce technical skills, architecture standards, dev tools, empower a team culture, project delivery experience. Suresh has proven track record of setting up the entire Enterprise solutions team at MST offshore center with over 60+ team members supporting multiple clients and projects amidst the MST’s startup phase of the growing business.
Suresh leads the Staffing Service Practice at MST, managing the talent acquisition specialists for all hiring accomplishments at MST US locations. He is responsible for establishing the strategy to ground up the hiring process, enticing the top talents to MST workforce, exhibiting the clients’ resource needs on Staff Aug opportunities.
Prior to MST Solutions, Suresh worked at Apollo Group as a Technology leader. Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Regional Engineering College (REC), Trichy, India and Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, Arizona – USA.

Ryan Smith has spent the past two decades in functional leadership and project management roles with a focus on improving processes, enriching customer experience, driving growth and efficiency and managing strategic programs and projects. Throughout his career Ryan has managed enterprise strategic programs, as well as lean-six sigma projects while using his business operations and project management experience to bridge the gap between business and technical teams – driving clarity and quality across engagements. An expert in defining strategic paths and architecting successful project engagements, Ryan uses his strong communication and humble desire for collaboration and communication to ignite positive outcomes for internal teams and clients. Ryan is a diverse leader whose held management roles in public relations, higher ed and technology consulting industries.
Ryan’s career has been driven by a thirst to continually learn and challenge himself in new roles and industries. Ryan holds a high degree of business acumen and a keen ability to architect successful project engagements that demonstrates his understanding of how to bring cross-functional teams together. From spending years managing business operations at the corporate level, to leading key administrative functions at universities and working on critical projects such as accreditation and \ to enterprise transformation programs impacting student experience, Ryan has used his blend of operational and project management knowledge to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Ryan holds a BA in Journalism/PR from Arizona State University, a master’s in organizational psychology from University of Phoenix, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, is 4X Salesforce Certified and project management certified (PMI).
